Reminder - Our first annual staff training day will be on 5th March 2010. Please note that all Children's Place Nurseries will be closed on this day.
As we enter 2010 all our nurseries are preparing the year ahead.
At our Dewsbury Nursery work will soon be started on transforming their outdoor area, this is expected to take around 8 weeks to complete. We will keep you posted on the progress they are making.
At our Halifax Nursery they have many things coming up over the coming months. Below is just a taster of what they will be getting up to:
- There are plans for an official open day of all the works been carried out at our nursery, we just after wait for the toddler room window to be changed to an external door. Once the date is set – we will let you know.
- There will be a trip to Sundown planned for Jun.e
- We plan to spend lots of time in our garden where we have planted lots of fruits and vegetable – which the children can then eat for snack.
At our Scarborough Nursery plans are underway for:
National Story Telling week on the 1st to 5th February - we are sharing our favourite stories and inviting parents to join us for story time each day and a on 4th February there will be a special day for us to dress up as our favourite storybook characters.
Healthy Body Happy Me - 15th - 19th March - The children will be getting active and learning about healthy eating.
