Children's Place is delighted to have received recognition recently of their 10 continuous years of Investor In People status.  This award is for continued good practice in employment.  The company has been recognised for it's commitment to continuous professional development of staff, highlighted by the number of staff across the company who have completed B.A. degrees in early years, have achieved or are about to achieve Early Years Professional Status and those who have progressed through from nursery nurse level 2 up to level 5.  We are delighted to have been recognised consistently over these past 10 years as supporting staff to develop and train, introduce flexible working policies, ensure sound legal practice with contracts of employment, terms and conditions, staff handbooks and clear health and safety policies for all staff.

Children's Place director, Karen Walker commented on receiving the 10 year recognition: " Children's Place has always placed a high value on all it's staff, we recognise that it is only through ensuring best practice with regard to employment practices that we can provide parents of the children who attend our settings reassurance of our commitment to providing a quality service for all children in our care".
